The banks have started to create an atmosphere or game to destroy the union by creating new categroies of grades or posts to indirectly weaken us. This is also a form of union busting wereby acceptence of such promotions by members are conditional that they have to automatically resign form the union,so from my point of view to those who are offered promotions, pls consult the union before accepting the offers of new designation which has been created to victimise them indirectly. Looks like the banking industries are depending more on machines and are running away from their social responsibilities by out sourcing to safe cost and reap huge profits for themselves, eventually machines will take over humans and only they who would be in a better position to tackle issues faced by its customers. Doesn,t that mean that when outsourcing, they are turning a deaf ear towards the citizens in Malaysia who are employees in the banking sectors, only time will tell.I guess in the near future those executives who promote outsourcing will in time to be facing this same situation with their children,s children.SO BE FOWARNED...............HIDUP NUBE. -jeya

recently there is a trend in banks whereby many nube members are given promotion to a higher grade to weaken the members in nube. I feel that many new positions are being created so that they are indirectly forced to resign from nube upon accepting the position. so PLEASE BEWARE?????????????????? hidup NUBE....RAJ -jeya
