With the bank constant changing of work environment and which has caused fear factor among NUBE members in CIMB Hub Melaka, Nube SMJ officials today visited and explained the Union’s vision and policy with the constant changes in CIMB.
A dialogue session was held with the Branch Secretary Bro Tan Eng Hong together with SMJ officials.
The meeting was positive and the members in the end understood the changes in the banking industry and how the Union is playing a role with like minded employers in ensuring their security.
