SPCAAM was contacted by (close family members) who is from Seberang Jaya, Butterworth, Penang. He has requested help from SPCAAM to find his family members who have been missing for the past few days.
The missing person is Mr. Emmanuael Kirubagaran, aged in his 30s, single and a special child. SPCAAM appeals to the public to help Brother Edmund's family find the missing person.
