NUBE has agreed that members in CIMB Bank can participate in the CIMB Bank Performance Management System (PMS). We see this PMS as an evaluation system to improvise workers skills and help them develop at work.
Since Q3 2020, CIMB Bank engaged with NUBE regarding the PMS and pursuant to this, NUBE has agreed to cooperate with CIMB Bank on this evaluation system.
CIMB Bank has issued numerous communications with regards to this, a detailed Guideline and reference materials to help support workers to understand and be guided to participate in the PMS.
We are happy to share with you that CIMB Bank had genuinely endeavoured to improvise the PMS with a new framework and components that is more transparent and equitable.
We understand that there are no perfect system in place, hence, we will continue to discuss to keep improving the system and this PMS will be a work in progress.
NUBE will be setting up a committee to continuously work with CIMB Bank to address improvement from time to time.
In accordance with the discussions held between NUBE, CIMB representatives and CIMB Bank, we advise all members in CIMB Bank to participate in the 2021 PMS. Some members have raised their concerns about deadlines, not to worry; you can inform your respective Branch Secretaries about this and we will liaise with CIMB Bank to accommodate your participation.
