CIMB Bank has launched it “Organizational Health Survey – 2nd Edition 2021-2022” to evaluate effectiveness as an organization.
It is about how CIMB works, engages and aligns with each other towards the Group’s Forward23+ headline targets.
This survey will allow NUBE members to gauge how much you understand about the direction of CIMB, as well as to provide feedback on how #teamCIMB views leadership, internal capabilities, collaboration within the Group and the level of motivation the team possesses.
In support of CIMB Bank’s commitment to improve not just in profitability and performance but also in the way they treat the workers, the way CIMB negotiates with NUBE representing its stakeholder i.e., the B40 and M40 workers, we call on all NUBE members in CIMB Bank to participate in this survey.
It is important for you to give your honest and constructive opinion to help CIMB Bank to adopt a more effective leadership and management style for an inclusive growth for all in CIMB Bank.
