A total of 12 SMJ Committees Members from Johor, Melaka and Seremban participated in the Capacity Development Program for Inspiration in Solidarity (CaPIS) at Kalumpang Resort & Training Centre, Hulu Selangor which took place from 30 March 2022 to 1 April 2022.
The program was conducted to enhance inspiration through solidarity towards personal development and well being of NUBE members, especially for the benefit of the Johor, Melaka and Seremban NUBE members.
The program comprises various activities sessions both in and outside of class, all of which involve component of teamwork and group integration in order to ensure that goals are achieved for the common good.
The trainers including the General Secretary of NUBE, Bro J Solomon and trainer Mr Iskandar with his team have a lot of input and inspiration in inspiring teamwork spirit participants. Thanks to all.
The three days experience at Kalumpang Resort & Training Centre will not be easily forgotten as the knowledge gained is very valuable, reflecting the beauty of the resort and nature that is still preserved. It is how we serve with sincerity and passion regardless of time for the sake of members.
