HSBC Bank’s big boss, Chief Executive in the UK, Antonio Simoesis whilst speaking to the press warned: “I think the public trust in us might take a generation to re-establish itself.”
HSBC Bank has been trying hard to gain public confidence and trust since it was involved in a series of fines and scandals.
Gaining public confidence however, will be more difficult since HSBC Bank continues to breed unethical and dishonest management, unmindful of moral obligation and the principles of good management because they are busy filling their pockets with fat salaries.
HSBC Bank is guilty of violating the law, agreements and good industrial practices. This will have long lasting effect on stakeholders’ interest including customers of the Bank.
