On 1st February, in conjunction with the Federal Territories Day, His Majesty, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V urged the administrative to reduce the burden of the people, particularly the low-income group especially in an uncertain global economic climate.
We have today written to the Chairman of Hong Leong Bank Bhd to return those jobs to our members and if need be, to seek a meeting for a resolution on this matter.
Meanwhile, we urge members in Hong Leong Bank or any banks to notify NUBE in the event technology is introduced to cause Malaysians unemployed which is undermining the Government’s administrative.
