Kesihatan Mata: Mengurangkan Ketegangan Mata dari Skrin

Melihat skrin komputer berjam-jam di bank boleh menyebabkan mata kering atau sakit kepala. Peraturan 20-20-20 (setiap 20 minit, lihat objek sejauh 20 kaki selama 20 saat) membantu mengurangkan ketegangan. Laraskan kecerahan skrin dan gunakan cermin mata penapis cahaya biru jika perlu.

Amalkan peraturan 20-20-20 dan kurangkan kecerahan skrin pada waktu malam.
