Aktiviti Fizikal: Mengintegrasikan Senaman dalam Rutin Harian

Senaman ringkas seperti berjalan ke bilik rehat atau melakukan regangan di meja dapat membantu mengurangkan ketegangan otot dan tekanan.

Pekerja bank yang duduk lama boleh mendapat manfaat daripada berjalan selama 10 minit semasa rehat makan tengah hari.

Tindakan Praktikal

Lakukan regangan bahu atau leher selama 5 minit di meja anda. Berjalan di sekitar bangunan semasa waktu rehat.
